| Abstract: | How to use state power within measure is an important issue in political maneuvers of states.Deng Xiaoping,a great reformist,had penetratingly discoursed about the rationality and moderation of our exerting state power.If we comply with Deng Xiaoping's theory and lucubrate about restricted factors of state power,we will obtain some useful and conclusive research on how to use state power reasonably and moderately under the condition of market economy. |
