| 摘 要： | 工会对SA8000的策略,是由其内容决定的,也是由工会的两个维护原则决定的。如果把SA8000的指导性原则变成进出口贸易的标准,自愿就成了强制,标准就成了壁垒。如何在保持劳动力价格优势、保障更多就业岗位与改善劳动条件、维护劳动者权益之间取得符合中国经济发展水平的平衡,是工会应对SA8000策略的出发点。

| Abstract: | Trade unions' strategy in the face of SA8000 is decided by SA8000's contents and trade unions' two protection principles.If SA8000's guiding principle transforms a standard of import and export trade, voluntary standard will become a compulsory one and a barrier.The starting point that the Chinese trade unions copy with SA8000 should include to keep the advantage of labor force price, safeguard more employment opportunities and improve labor conditions, and keep a balance between protection of laborers' rights and interests and China's economic development. |
