和谐社会视角下政治妥协机制的构建

和谐社会是承认社会有差别有冲突的社会。和谐社会就是要控制矛盾、控制冲突、促成和谐。政治妥协作为一种普适的社会调节机制，并不等同于放弃原则的“投降”、“背叛”，而是体现了大原则的坚定性与具体策略设定的灵活性，内蕴着工具理性与价值理性的统一。实现社会的可持续和谐，要建构一套技术化、工艺化的处理社会政治经济事务的机制，建立缓和阶级矛盾和化解利益冲突的民主和法治机制，建构一个基于现代宪政民主的人人平等、人人参与的社会政治平台。

The Construction of Political Compromise System in the Harmonious Society

The harmonious society admits social differences and conflicts. It aims to control contradictions, conflicts, and realize harmony. As a general social adjusting system, political compromise is not equal to ＂surrender＂ or ＂rebellion＂ which means giving up principles, instead, it means adhering to the general principles but setting concrete policies flexibly, which shows the integration of approach and value. To build a sustainable and harmonious society, we should construct a system with skills and arts to deal with social, political, and economic affairs, a system with democracy and ruling with law to relax contradictions between classes and beneficial conflicts, as well as a social political environment with all the people＇ s equality and participation which is based on modem democracy with constitutional politics.
