| 摘 要： | 电子法务是司法机关利用现代信息和通信技术处理法律事务,通过网络实现法律信息和工作流程的优化,向社会提供更优质的法律服务方式。它包括诉讼和非诉讼两个方面的法律事务电子网络化,对于实现诉讼价值,建立先进的司法机制,快速、准确、高效传播和利用法律信息,有效降低诉讼成本有着重大意义。
