| 摘 要： | 自我国提出建设社会主义和谐社会以来,和谐已逐渐成为社会各行业探讨的问题,很多企业也开始引入和谐的发展理念。本文主要从企业内部、企业与外部利益相关者及企业与外部环境的角度提出企业管理中全面和谐观的具体内容,目的是使管理者对企业管理中的和谐问题有更全面的认识。

| Abstract: | With constructing socialism harmonious society was put forward in our country, harmony has been the issue which was discussed by every industry gradually, and the development idea of harmony was introduced into lots of enterprises. Detailed content of overall harmonious idea in enterprise management was posed in the article based on internal, enterprise and relation of external benefit, and external environment of enterprise, so as to make the manager knowing much more about harmonious of enterprise management. |
