| 摘 要： | 中国改革开放伟大事业，是以邓小平同志为核心的第二代中央领导集体带领全党全国各族人民开创的，纪念改革开放30周年，不能不研究邓小平与改革开放30年的关系。邓小平既是中国特色社会主义道路的第一开辟者，又是“建设有中国特色社会主义理论”的主要创立者。邓小平不仅为中国特色社会主义理论体系奠定了原生的初始形态，而且规划了我国未来发展的奋斗目标，奠定了走向富强民主文明和谐的社会主义现代化国家的基础。
