20世纪中、日、俄(苏)三国关系的历史经验

反思20世纪的中、日、俄(苏)3国关系史,我们可以得到许多经验教训。概而言之为:两强凌一弱的历史事实雄辩地证明了“落后挨打”的必然;处强邻之间只有自立自强才是唯一的出路;国家之间的关系只靠“友谊”不能维持长久;处理国家间关系“妥协”必不可少;应该牢记“和则两利,战则两伤”的历史教训,遵守“与邻为善,以邻为伴”准则。

The Historical Experiences of Sino -Japan -Russia(the Soviet Union) Trilateral Relations during 20th Century

We should learn a lot of experiences and lessons from rethinking the history of Sino-Japan-Russia(the Soviet Union) trilateral relations. In general, the fact of two powers bullied one weaker proving it is necessity that 'one will be stroke when he is behind the times'. The only way out of one weaker who situates powerful neighbors is to support oneself and make efforts to become stronger. The relations among countries can not be kept long time through depending on 'friendship' only. Compromise' is indispensable when we treat the relations among countries. We should keep firmly in mind the historical lessons of 'everyone can win through living in harmony and everyone can be harmed through war' and comply with the norm of 'with good intentions toward neighbors and regarding neighbors as partners.
