以科学发展的理念积极构建保障公安中心工作落实的惩治和预防腐败体系

近几年来,立足公安工作实践,上海市公安局党委始终坚持以贯彻落实科学发展观为思想引领,积极探索并努力构建公安特色的惩治和预防腐败体系。要在对公安机关惩治和预防腐败体系建设中推进还不够有力的主要表现及成因进行分析的基础上,积极贯彻落实科学发展观,深化惩治和预防腐败体系建设的对策措施。

On Actively Building the System of Punishing and Preventing Corruption under the Guidance of the Concept of Scientific Development to Ensure the Implementation of Public Security Centre Work

In recent years,the party committee of Shanghai Public Security Bureau,from the practice of public security work,has always adhered to implementing the Scientific Concept of Development as an ideological guide,actively explored and strived to build the system of punishing and preventing corruption with policing features.Based on the analysis of the weak points and the relevant causes of the system construction of public security organs,this paper holds that we should actively implement the Scientific Concept of Development and take more effective measures to punish and prevent corruption.
