| Abstract: | Farms are a basic problem of building socialism with Chinese characteristics.To solve the problem,comrade Deng Xiao-ping has adopted three measures,with maintaining stability in the rural areas as the starting point ,developing agriculture as the kingpin and raising the living standards of farmers as the end-result.The above measures have great guiding significance for the development of the rural economy. |
