| 摘 要： | 哈耶克在其政治哲学体系对私域中个人自由进行了坚决捍卫,他对拓展秩序、法治下自由的详细论证折射出智慧的光芒,然而其政治哲学本身却存在内发性的理论困境,主要表现为自发秩序与普世理想、个人自由与政治自由以及自由主义与民族主义的理论冲突.

| Abstract: | Hayek, in his political philosophy, defends personal freedom in private places and his detailed analysis of broadening order and freedom in the condition of ruled by law shows his wisdom. However, in his political philosophy there is an inherent theoretical dilemma shown by conflicts between spontaneous order and universal ideal, between personal freedom and political freedom, between liberalism and nationalism. |
