| 摘 要： | ＂三项建设＂是公安机关的主旋律,＂三项建设＂的本质在于全面提升侦查人员的核心业务能力与水平。侦查人员的核心业务能力包含多个层面,但侦查人员的个体素质将是最根本的动力之源。文章借用＂TAT＂课程内涵,重点论证了提升我国侦查人员的思考力、行动力和表达力的途径与方法。

| Abstract: | To strengthen investigation individual intelligence decides the efficiency of investigation work. Investigation indicidual should promote attention, watch, memory, thought and behavior ability according to his intelligence shortcoming, job need and restricted subjective factors, and then to do by the following mathods： to improve non-intelligence elements; let the body in better condition; make greater efforts to study and practice. |
