国家之间的商业往来能否减少彼此间的冲突,带来和平,一直是个备受关注的问题。商业自由主义认为,国家之间的经贸往来会减少政治上的冲突,带来和平与合作。最近二十多年来,商业自由主义不论是在理论层面,还是在实证层面都取得了长足的发展。本文阐述了商业自由主义的内涵和理论发展、商业自由主义的和平机制,以及对商业自由主义的批判。本文认为,商业自由主义是一个比较完整的研究纲领,有着悠久的学理传承和理论发展,当今仍然有着重要的现实意义。

Economic Interdependence and International Peace

Whether commercial interaction between countries can reduce their conflict and lead to peace has been a question for a long time. The answer of commercial liberalism is positive. In the last two decades, commercial liberalism has made much progress not only in theoretical but also in methodological aspects. This article tries to demonstrate the definition, theoretical development and peaceful mechanism of commercial liberalism and accesses its deficiency as well. It concludes that commercial liberalism is a comparatively integrated research program, and with a long theoretical heritance and development, it still has important practical value today.
