摘    要:"智慧景区"已经成为我国旅游业发展的新趋势,利用大数据可对景区运行状态进行整体把控,系统性地诊断景区管理问题成因,及时监测和发现景区问题区域,提出景区游览管理措施和方案。就景区外部而言,利用大数据可分析游客在景区外部游览路线趋势。在此基础上,组织者可通过对周边道路采取交通管控措施,实现对游客进出景区的合理诱导,缓解景区进出口通道的交通拥堵。就景区内部而言,利用大数据可分析各景点人流聚集与移动情况。同时,组织者可采取"容量限制"和"流向调控"等有效管理措施,实现对人流游览路径的调控,对游客进行科学的疏导和分流,提升景区管理服务水平。

Abstract:The construction of smart scenic sites has become a new tendency of tourism industry in China. Based on big data, operating status of scenic spots can be overall controlled, causes of management problems cab be systematically and comprehensively diagnosed, problem areas can be monitored and discovered in a timely manner, and control measures can be adopted. The trend of tourist routes outside the scenic spot can be analyzed and then traffic control measures on surrounding roads can be implemented to reasonably guide tourists and reasonably induce tourists. The crowds and movements inside the various scenic spot can also be analyzed. Effective management measures such as capacity limitation and flow direction regulation may be adopted to regulate the pedestrian flow, and to guide and divert tourists scientifically, so as to improve the management and service level of the scenic spot.
