关于对资源型城市的经济转型与可持续发展问题的思考

资源型城市的转型与可持续发展是一个世界性的难题,因为资源的衰竭必然给资源型城市带来不同程度的资源危机、生态危机和经济危机。因此,实现资源型城市的经济转型,应坚持生态、经济、社会的可持续发展,以解放思想、转变观念为前提,以调整结构、多元发展为基础,以转变政府职能和高效服务为保障,充分发挥资源型城市的主动性、创造性,坚定不移地走科技兴市之路、循环经济之路、资源可持续利用之路。

The Resource-based Cities Economic Transformation and Sustainable Development

The transformation and the sustainable development of resource-based cities are worldwide problems,because the resource exhaustion will bring out different degrees of resource,ecological and economic crisis.To realize the resource-based cities economic restructure,we should adhere to the ecological,economic and social sustainable development,on the premise of emancipating the mind and changing the idea,on the base of adjusting structure and multi-dimensional development,and taking the transformation of government functions and efficient service for security,giving full play to the initiative and creativity of the resource-based cities and unswervingly follow the road of circular economy and sustainable use of resources.
