论我国检察权的范围

我国检察权的范围,较之英美法系国家为宽,与大陆法系国家基本一致,但这恰与国际法上检察权的一般范围相符。面对我国检察权范围之演变,应在严格贯彻和全面落实宪法赋予的法律监督权内涵的前提下,在既有职权范围的基础上,深刻挖掘本土检察制度资源,全面实现检察机关的法律监督权。

The range of procuratorial power is wider than Common law system countries,but brings into correspondence with Civil law system countries and the common rang of international law.Faced with the development of procuratorial power in our country,the legal supervision power of procuratorial organ should be achieved based on the function range with the premise of implement the intension of legal supervision power strictly which is given by the Constitution.
