| Abstract: | With the development of times and society,harmonious cybernetics on exit-entry administrative system is a necessary trend of the modern policing mechanism.It depends on the aggregative advantages of pure science and compact organization to serve the people with high effect and quality.Harmonious cybernetics on exit-entry administrative system has developed quickly in recent years.It is a strategic and complicated system project.However,in order to carry out actual effect of harmonious cybernetics on exit-entry administrative system,we should try our best to do first-phase preparations and make a breakthrough in theoretical work. |
