Study on Problems of Ruling by Law in Basic Social Units

Ruling by Law in basic social units is the active practice and the important step of that in the whole country. The keystone of Ruling by Law lies in basic social units. It mainly means that all people participate in managing such fairs as political, economical, cultural and others social undertakings of their own quarters, industries and units in order to put forward them to the orbit of law. We must treat such relations properly as which between part and integer, ruling by themselves and law and so on, and try to solve the problems of the organs, the criterions, the routes and the related supervising matters of Ruling by Law.
