| 摘 要： | 信用卡作为金融支付业一种新型的电子货币,在我国正处于成长阶段.但随着信用卡业务的迅速扩大,信用风险的隐患也越来越严重了.如何认识、管理防范和化解信用卡信用风险,是当前信用卡业务经营管理中至关重要的环节.通过介绍分析美国信用卡信用风险防范立法,探讨其对我国信用卡信用风险管理与防范所起的启示作用.

| Abstract: | As a new electric currency in the finance payment,the credit card is being placed in growth stage in the our country.But along with the quick extension of the credit card business,the hidden credit risk with the credit card is also more and more serious.How to understand,regulate,prevent and resolve the credit risk with credit card,is the most important link in the credit card business and governance at present.Through introducing and analyzing the American credit risk with credit card guard against lawmaking,this text inquirying into it to our country the credit risk with credit card manage and guard against the apocalypse function. |
