浅谈法律复合型人才的培养模式

法学是一门实践性、应用性极强的学科,法学教育的目标就应定位于培养适应社会经济、政治、文化等各方面发展要求的职业法律人才上。随着我国法制建设的步伐不断加快,培养具有全球视角和具有国际竞争力的高素质人才已经成为高等法律教育的主要方向。因而,传统的教学方法,以"考试论英雄"的评估模式,已无法跟上法学专业化的转变进程,无法满足社会的需求。形成法律复合型人才培养的新模式是21世纪法律全球化、现代化的必要前提。
