| 摘 要： | 本文围绕南昌铁路局在自控型班组建设中存在的一些问题,提出要从提高认识、合理设置班组、充分调动班组长积极性、加强班组长队伍能力建设和建立健全管理机制等方面着手,有效加强自控型班组建设,从而为确保运输安全持续稳定奠定坚实的基础。
