| Abstract: | By the comparison of Chinese and French procedures of investigation, the author expounds the characteristics and defects of the procedures of criminal investigation in China, analyzes its historical origin and realistic requirement, suggests perfect the investigation procedures of China in aspects of investigation power, relation of procuratorial organ and police office, qualities of judges, legislation, etc., so as to ensure the justice of the procedures. |
