| 摘 要： | 教师的教学工作质量是影响整个学校教育质量的直接因素,本文从评价内容、评价资料、评价标准及评价成效几方面,对如何改进教师教学工作质量评价提出建议,即评价内容应更多体现高职教育特色,加强针对性;评价资料应更全面,加强系统性;加大客观实绩考量,减小主观因素影响,标准认定客观化;重视信息反馈,恰当运用结果,使每个教师从考核中受益。
