论法律援助法的总则构建

On the Construction of the General Part of Legal Aid Law

The. making of national law or regulation concerning legal aid has been put into agenda already and the local regulations have come into being from time to time. In the processes of making them,some doctrinal, systematic and technical issues need to be studied and resolved, among which the issue of constructing the general part of legal aid law is an outstanding one. This article explores structure, aims and basis of the legislation, scope and principles, active and negative elements, definition and heavy points of legal aid, incentives. The research can be helpful and provide some references for the central and local legislation in theory and in practice.
