社会资本与腐败网络的治理

从西方引进的社会资本概念,我国学界已经在许多领域予以运用,如乡村结构、企业经营、社区发展等,认为它具有解释社会发展尤其是非物质发展的力量.但是,社会资本也具有相当的负功能或者消极意义.在我国传统的差序格局尚未消解之际,它的引入往往成为中国传统再生的一个新契机.在全球化与本土化交织的背景下,腐败问题呈现出新的样态,由单一的腐败向多元的腐败演化,社会资本的负功能或者消极意义也同时取得了新的表现形式.
