| Abstract: | Zhongshan, with an area of thousand ＂Sheng＂ in the Warring States period, became a big state relying on strong military force. It crowned itself with other States and fought together. The origin of its strong power came from its developed commodity economy of its Capital Lingshou, where river and land transport was convenient, trade exchanges flourished, and monetary economy in the city had considerable development. |
