| 摘 要： | 当前,高校公共安全服务面临着日益增长的需求与政府有效供给不足的问题。本文着重探讨高校公共安全服务社会化之必要性、理论依据及实现模式,提出在高校建立校园警察与保安服务相结合的公共安全服务社会化之路。

| Abstract: | Currently, the increasing needs for the public security service in colleges and universities has been in a predicament of insufficiency of effective supply by government. This paper aims to probe into the necessity, theoretical basis and implementation mode of the socialized public security service in colleges and universities, and then suggests that the combination of organizing campus police and security guards should be a feasible way around the problem. |
