| 摘 要： | 根据犯罪发生的市场层次不同,证券犯罪可分为证券发行市场犯罪和证券交易市场犯罪两类。在侦查过程中,应以惩治犯罪与维护社会稳定、保障经济安全运行三者并重为指导思想,以审查证券交易原始记录为突破口,公秘结合,注重协作,力求侦查效益最大化,有力打击证券犯罪。

| Abstract: | According to the market that criminal occurs,Securities crime can be divided into two types,the crime at the issuance securities market and the crime at the exchange market.In the course of the investigation,making the criminal punished,getting the social stability and ensuring economic security should be the important guide as the principle.To maximize the efficiency of the investigation and strike the criminals,reviewing the original Securities and Exchange protocol is the breakthrough,and the public and secretary investigation should be used together as the points. |
