| 摘 要： | 如何构造既能有效追诉犯罪,又能充分保障人权的检警关系,成为受到广泛关注的焦点问题。根据我国的现实情况,应该通过改革建立一种新型的检警关系,在侦查权与起诉权分离的构造下加强检察官对刑事警察侦查活动的指导与监督,强化检察权对警察的法律控制。
