| 摘 要： | 职工素质教育是提升职工素质的有效手段,职工素质教育的目的,是使职工树立终生学习的理念,提升学习能力,培养创新意识.但在实施职工素质教育过程中,如果不能准确理解职工素质教育的内涵,如果没有过得硬的教师,如果对职工在学习中出现的问题不能给予及时的指导,势必会影响职工素质教育的效果.

What's more, an excellent contingent of teachers is of significance. |
