东亚共同体建设的困境及其化解的制度性思考

从亚洲金融危机促使东亚的真正合作开始,东亚共同体经历了设想的提出和实践的推行阶段。由于东亚各国的历史、现实及外部因素,导致东亚共同体的建设出现了曲折缓慢发展的过程。制度建设的缺乏与不完整是导致东亚共同体建设曲折前行的深层根源。面对世界经济全球化和区域一体化发展的新趋势,必须从东亚合作健康发展的高度来对东亚共同体建设进行多层级、全方位的制度设计,才能从根本上促进东亚共同体建设的顺利发展。

East Asia history, reality and the external factors, led to emergence of an East Asian community building tortuous development process.
