| Abstract: | In the times of informationization,because of different restrict conditions,the industrial structure upgrading in different countries has followed different evolving rules.One is general upgrading that is also called gradual upgrading;the other is particular upgrading,also called span upgrading.The innovation is the inner mechanism to accomplish industrial upgrading in times of informationization. |
