试析我国农民工社会救助体系的构建

当前农民工问题备受社会关注，其社会救助问题也日益凸现，正视问题的存在并积极探求化解之道势在必行。体制上的制约，观念上的漠视，立法上的滞后阻碍着农民工社会救助制度的建立。农民工社会救助制度体系应该以农民工基本生活救助保障为基础，以专项救助为辅助，以社会互助为补充，在保障农民工基本生活需要的同时，着力为其提供长远发展救助。
