略论新的公安人才培养模式的构建

人才培养模式和课程体系改革是当代高等教育改革的一个重要课题。经济的发展、治安形势的变化给公安高等院校人才培养的目标、规格、质量和整个人才培养模式提出了新的要求。构建公安人才培养模式,一是以教育思想和教育观念的转变为先导,构建适应新世纪社会和公安实际部门需要的人才培养模式;二是整体优化课程体系,加强素质教育和创造能力的培养,制订新的人才培养计划;三是加强教学基本建设,深化教学改革,确保人才培养计划实施。

On the Establishment of New Training Mode of Public Security Talents

The mode of training talents and the reform of course system has been an important subject for the modern higher education. With the growth of economy, the change of public security has brought about new requirements for the public security talents in the goal, specifications, quality and the training mode. As a result, the establishment of training mode must be based on the following: transformation of education ideology, balance of course system, and consolidation of fundamental construction of education.
