完善基层法律服务 推进社会管理创新

直面改革开放、依法治国新形势。兵团基层农牧团场职工群众所遇到的法律问题与El俱增。迫切需要法律的指导、帮助。当前兵团农牧团场基层法律服务工作存在主体定位不清、业务职能交叉混杂、管理组织相对松散等问题。要从根本上解决基层法律服务资源短缺,服务水平不高。服务质量偏低的问题,应进一步规范和创新基层法律服务活动,加强基层法律服务工作者队伍建设,提高基层法律服务水平。

Perfect Grass-roots Legal Service and Push forward Social Management Innovation

Pursuant to the situation of opening and reform and ruling the country by law, the workers and peoplein Xinjiang Corps meet increasing legal problems and are urgent to need assistance and instructions. But grassroots law service work in Xinjiang Corps has some problems, such as unclear orientation, the lagging working functions, loose organizations. To resolve these problems, we should further normalize and innovate grass-roots le gal service activities, strengthen their legal service workers construction, and raise their legal service level.
