| Abstract: | The thesis summarizes the risks in lawyers' occupation as reputation risks, occupational risks and economic risks. And accordingly brings forward strategies of lawsuit tactics, systematic perfection and obligation insurance. What the readable is the author forms his point of views not being constrained by the traditional ideas but from a novel side. |
