| 摘 要： | 新经济是一种以信息革命和全球化大市场为基础的经济.面对新经济时代的来临,我国应采取何种对策,以适应世界新经济浪潮的冲击,这是必须重视的经济发展的方向性问题.我国发展新经济的对策撮其要者应包括1.大力发展传统经济;2.加强配套设施建设;3.利用后发优势,减少投资风险;4.加快企业网络化建设,提高企业竞争力;5.抓紧人才培养,提高综合素质.

| Abstract: | New economy is the economy based on information revolution and a global market. On the threshold of the new economic era, China should take immediate and practical measures in the following respects: giving priority to traditional economy, improving the construction of corollary facilities,reducing investment risks by bringing all potentialities into full play,promoting the construction of business network so as to adjust the enterprises to the competitive situation, and providing opportunities for personnel reeducation. |
