云南边疆民族地区毒品犯罪主体结构与演变

云南是我国毒品重灾区,每年抓获的毒品犯罪嫌疑人呈不断上升之势。毒品犯罪主体不仅数量剧增而且向社会全方位扩散,表现出多元化和多源化的特点：从职业身份来看,农民和无业人员占绝大比例;从籍贯来看,云南省籍贩毒逐渐减少,而外省、外国籍毒贩增多,二者此消彼长;特殊人群贩毒突出;从社会分层看,大部分是‘吗仔”。

The Structure and Evolvement of Drug-related Crime in Yunnan Border Areas Inhabited by Minority Nationalities

Yunnan is-a place with terrible drug problem in China and the quantity of arrested suspects is on the rise trend every year. The subject of drug-related crime is not only rising on quantity, but also spread to our community with diversity and multi-sources features. From identities＇ perspective, farmers and the unemployed accounted for the vast proportion; from the origin point of view, the number of criminals from Yunnan reduced gradually, and the criminals from other provinces and countries grew in number; special population involved in drug trafficking became prominent. Looking from the social stratification, most of arrested drug smugglers are Mazai, who are the person smuggling drugs with high risk and low income.
