| 摘 要： | 近年来土地犯罪案件频发，逐渐演变为有巨大负面影响的社会问题，对之进行多角度的综合研究成为大势所趋。本文创造性地从犯罪心理学的角度对土地行政人员职务犯罪进行解读和剖析，意在开辟土地犯罪研究领域内一个新的研究视角和研究路径。

| Abstract: | In recent years, the cases of land criminal occurs more frequently ,and gradually turn out to be a social problem which has negative impact on the whole society. It is necessary to conduct multi-angles. This article analyses land adliainistrators＇ occupational crimes from the criminal psychological aspect in a creative way, it is aimed to open up a new angle and approach of research on the land criminal area. |
