| Abstract: | Since reform and opening-up, the Communist Party of China has made two vital scientific judgments with far-reaching significance. The first is that China is still at the primary stage of socialism, which was made at the Sixth Plenary Session of the llth Party Central Committee. The second is that the important thought of Three Represents has scientifically affirmed the Party's historical position. Both the two judgments play a profound part of inspiration. |
