| Abstract: | The construction of Youth League in colleges need the thought of Three Representatives "to enhance its creativity, cohesion, and fight capacity. The member of Youth League ought to be the pioneer of advanced productivity, the practicer of advanced culture, and the safeguardor of essential interest for the most numerous people. |
