| 摘 要： | 拐卖人口犯罪古已有之,在漫长的中国古代社会,拐卖犯罪这一社会"巨蠹"有着自身发生、发展和演变的特征,而中国古代的统治阶级也在治理拐卖人口犯罪方面摸索和总结了一系列的经验和对策。
