| 摘 要： | 以青海大学的教学质量监控体系为例，运用SWOT分析法解析了该校在实施教学质量监控体系的优势、弱势以及面临的机遇和威胁（挑战），并得出结论：要充分发挥教学质量监控体系的积极作用，就必须有完善的制度保障，从制度、组织、技术等层面推动教学质量监控体系的不断完善。

| Abstract: | Taking the teaching quality monitoring system of Qinghai University for example, this paper gives analysis of the advantages, the disadvantages as well as the facing opportunities and challenges of the system with SWOT Analysis Method. Furthermore, it draws a conclusion that in order to bring the role of the teaching quality mo- nitoring systems into full play, the universities must have a comprehensive and perfect system guarantee, and should promote the constant perfection of the teaching quality monitoring system from the aspect of system, organization and technology, etc. |
