| 摘 要： | 金融凭证诈骗罪在司法适用和理论研究上均存在一些争议和难点。主要结合司法实践中出现的一些案例,针对金融凭证范围的界定、本罪客观方面的行为方式、本罪与贷款诈骗罪及盗窃罪的认定等问题,进行了探讨。
