| Abstract: | The reform on review procedure of implementation disagreement should follow the principle of justness and efficiency. What should be reformed involves the object and content, the subject, and the mode and procedure of review of implementation disagreement. Review procedure of hearing the evidence of implementation disagreement should include the preparation before hearing the evidence, the holding of hearing the evidence, appraisal ruling of hearing the evidence, and the review of the ruling of hearing the evidence. |
