| 摘 要： | 2009年以来的司法公开改革主要围绕制度创新而展开,并产生了大量创新性成果。但创新成果的转化却并没有引起足够的重视,并导致创新活动与创新成果转化之间衔接不畅。应当通过制度安排和组织活动提高地方各级人民法院的重视程度,增强司法实践对创新性成果的消化吸收能力,从而推动司法公开改革的落实。 |

| Abstract: | Open justice reform in 2009 mainly focus on institutional innovation since commenced, and generated a lot of innovative achievements. But transforming innovations did not attract enough attention and led to poor convergence between innovative activities and the results of the conversion. It should improve the institutional arrangements and orga- nizational activities by the degree of importance of local people＇s courts at all levels, strengthen the judicial practice of the innovative achievements of digestion and absorption capacity, so as to promote the implementation of open justice reform. |
