| Abstract: | For investigation work, the implementation of the new criminal litigation evidence system is both a challenge and an opportunity. The impact on investigation evidence collection is worth our great attention and careful study. The investigators, the investigation departments should take new countermeasures of investigation and collection of evidence for the new situation and new requirements in the criminal litigation evidence system under the system of new criminal litigation evidence. |
