| Abstract: | The appraisals of enterprise leading cadres is advantageous and beneficial to this radical guide-lines for carrying out relying on the working class heart and soul, it is advantageous for establishing the effec-tive enterprise interior supervision mechanism and the bound mechanism, it is advantageous for the working style of the Party and construction of a clean and honest administration, unification of the thought, achieving the common view, it is advantageous for strengthening the supervision mechanism of the appraisals of leading cadres made by the workers congress in a democratic way, improving and perfecting the law system for the ap-praisals of the leading cadres in a democratic way, making great efforts to improve the quality of the appraisals and supervision. |
