| 摘 要： | 社会阶层普遍存在于人类社会之中,社会分层和社会冲突的具体状况不同,侦查的方式、方法、程序、要求也有所不同。社会分层对侦查的影响是：社会分层造成犯罪数量增加,使侦查陷于破案压力巨大和侦查资源匮乏的突出矛盾之中;社会分层造成犯罪类型多样化,使侦查面对效率和公正的双重挑战。

| Abstract: | Social stratifications exist all types of society. The ways and means of criminal investigation, the procedure and requirement of criminal investigation are different according to the differences of social stratification and social conflict. The influence of social stratification on criminal investigation is： increasing crimes therefore make criminal investigation confronting challenge both pressure of clear-up rate and scarcity of resources; diversifying crime therefore make criminal investigation confronting the challenge both efficiency and justice. |
