流窜犯罪及其侦防对策

流窜犯罪是一种常见的、多发性的犯罪现象 ,对社会危害极大。当前 ,流窜犯罪虽受到一定程度的遏制 ,但犯罪形势严峻 ,未来任务更加艰巨。为此 ,必须解决好侦防工作中存在的某些不适应问题 ,充分掌握流窜犯罪的规律和特点 ,制订出切合实际的侦防对策 ,从而有效地打击犯罪 ,维护社会治安。
