| 摘 要： | 对于劳动者,休闲权是比其它权利更实际、更有益并能使其身心健康和自由发展的一种权利。农民工休闲权保障是劳动者人权保障的一种体现。然而,由于体制因素、环境因素及农民工自身主观因素等方面的原因,农民工的休闲权保障受到忽视,存在缺乏休息的正当权利,休闲目的工具性倾向突出,对公共休闲资源的占有不足,休闲的内容不够丰富,且文化层次不高,庸俗化等问题。如何保障农民工的休闲权是政府、企业、社区多方面共同关注的一个问题。

| Abstract: | For workers,leisure rights is more practical and useful for their health and development than other rights.The guarantee of farmer workers'leisure rights is an aspect of workers' human rights.However,because of system factor,environment factor and subject factor,farmer workers'leisure rights is overlooked,which exits some issues,such as lacking of rest rights,toolism,vulgarize. How to guarantee worker farmers' leisure rights becomes the same focus among government,business and community. |
